Corruption is the problem, a worldwide, complex and nuanced problem. It is often framed as an issue that afflicts developing nations, which is true in part, but as the many leaks of information have brought to light recently (panama and pandora papers etc), it is the corrupt enablers in the western nations with established and sophisticated financial systems that facilitate the movement and concealment of dirty money - siphoned into financial centres (London, Paris, New York, Tokyo) and secrecy jurisdictions (US, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore).
The rotten ones, the banks, real estate agents, accountants and law firms of the `West' have courted dirty money, tyrants and criminals from around the world in pursuit of profit, without consideration for the damage being done and the source of the funds they happily receive. It's something like the corporate-governmental corruption complex.
Corruption is the nemesis of the common good, which is determined by the people participating in this common system and life. Us. To know what is happening and why is the key to stopping it.
We mustn't be paralyzed by disagreements. We must change the system. We are ready. We are Anticorruption.
"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."
- Martin Luther King

"The mistake you make, don’t you see, is in thinking one can live in a corrupt society without being corrupt oneself. After all, what do you achieve by refusing to make money? You’re trying to behave as though one could stand right outside our economic system. But one can’t. One’s got to change the system, or one changes nothing."
- George Orwell / Keep the Aspidistra Flying.
